Al Buraimi University College is the first university college in Al Buraimi Governorate. Its establishment was an immediate interpretation and a true response to the lofty call made by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, may God have mercy on him, for the private sector to start investing in higher education through the establishment of new private academic institutions committed to preserving greater educational opportunities. In diverse academic fields for prospective Omani students with the aim of meeting the needs of the local labor market with the skilled local potential to deal with global economic changes.

The members of the administrative and academic staff of the college have paid great attention to these basics, starting with establishing facilities that carry out innovation, experimentation, and creativity in the new campus, embracing modern teaching techniques, and finally building efficient human resources capable of providing knowledge.
